I’m pleased to advise members of the SIS that our website has undergone some revision in the last few weeks, and that it is now being relaunched. The content and main headings should be recognizable to members but the site has become more interactive, allowing for blog posts and news items to be added and updated at regular points.
At the same time, we’ve adopted a new system for dealing with membership, communications with members, mailing of our journal, and subscriptions. This will now be done through secure and tested membership management software provider. Colleagues will need to sign up afresh (simply click on ‘Become a Member’ and follow the prompts and add details). You will need to become a member afresh (not logon to your account): the process is straightforward and payment can be made via Paypal, or debit card or credit card.
I am very grateful to members for their understanding and support with this new system which will bring benefits to us all. My thanks go to Emanuela Patti in particular for her guidance and hard work in revising and developing the site.
